REACH
REACH stands for the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals within the EU region. REACH
is designed to harmonize the existing chemical law, but it will also significantly expand the law, because in effect only
registered chemicals will be allowed to be manufactured/imported and used in future. Furthermore, there are
obligations for a variety of additional regulations for the so-called down-stream users of chemicals.
In this area ATC can help you in good time to take the necessary actions as a manufacturer and user of chemicals,
since REACH is going to be implemented soon (01/06/2007).
